If you don’t have your billing statement handy, you may request your Customer Number and PIN by calling East Cullman Water System Inc. at (256) 796-5828

• If your service is disconnected or scheduled to be disconnected within 48 hours, do not use this service. Please pay your bill at our office
• Pay your bill over the phone 24/7
• Nexbillpay charges a small service fee for each transaction processed over the phone. East Cullman Water System Inc. does not keep any part of the Nexbillpay service fee.
